Collective Impact and other Cross-Sector Collaboration Design, implementation and Facilitation
Junious has especially distinguished himself as a thought partner, designer, planner and facilitator of multi-stakeholder, cross-sector collaboratives. Long before the era of collective impact, Junious recognized the importance and understood effective methods of bringing together cross-sector interests to identify a common agenda and develop the data tools for data-driven, evidence- based intervention into difficult social problems.
Strategic Coaching
Often practitioners get so enveloped in their projects and day-to-day activities that they can lose perspective. At these times they need assistance in objectively assessing their efforts. With over forty years of experience in designing, managing and assessing programs, Junious can help people to step back, assess their situation and figure out the most strategic approaches to program improvement.
